Application Process
Those who are interested in becoming residents of The Village at Redlands are encouraged to fill out and submit an Application for Residency form. Applicants are placed on a wait list if there are currently no vacancies in the type of housing they prefer.

Payment of the first month's rent and security deposit are made at the signing of the lease agreement.

Rent Subsidized Units
Applicants may apply for our rent subsidized apartment units available for income qualified persons.

The Village at Redlands is designed to serve the needs of the elderly, 62 years of age or older, in an environment, which promotes the privacy, dignity, independence and choices of all residents.
